I used to use a gym on and off for years
but didn't ever see the results I desired and then had to undergo major back surgery in
August 2004 which meant not being able to exercise at all for several months. This resulted
in me putting on a lot of weight so once I had the all clear from my surgeon I wanted to
do something about it.
I had lost all my confidence and was very wary of hurting my back again but luckily met
Tam who encouraged me to start gently exercise again.
Nearly two years later, I am three stones lighter, the fittest I have ever been and I am
entering the 2007 London Flora Marathon.
None of this could have been achieved without Tam's professionalism and skill, I can honestly
say that at the age of 38 I feel like a new woman!
My husband also now sees Tam and we will shortly be embarking on a walking holiday to the
mountains of Poland which I couldn't even have contemplated a year ago.
I cannot praise Tam highly enough.

I was already a member of a gym but
wanted help to improve my fitness, so for a birthday present my husband booked a Personal
Training session with Tam.
I enjoyed it so much that I continued with the sessions and within 6 months I dropped a
dress size and now 18months on after making small changes to my eating habits and continuing
with the sessions I have lost a stone in weight and gone down another dress size.
I put this down to Tam's commitment and dedication to health and fitness and his belief
in me.

Now my fitness is excellent. A few months ago I could not run for a minute, now I can continusly
run for 20 mins. Tam makes you work hard within your capabilities but gradually increases
your fitness and has taken me out of my comfort zone. Diets are fine to lose weight but
a personal trainer helps you shed weight faster
